First, the significance of vertical pile

, is based on twelve kinds of animals (dragon, tiger, monkey, horse, catfish, chicken, harrier, swallow, crane, snake, eagle, bear, etc. ) posture, as well as the meaning of attack and defense in fighting, "like its shape, take its meaning" has become a boxing method.

Tigers, horses, monkeys and other animals, when fighting, because all limbs are on the ground, so the center of gravity is low and the action is very stable. We humans have evolved to walk upright since ancient times, and our center of gravity is high and unstable when moving. Therefore, through the training method of standing piles, various abilities of human lower limbs can be enhanced, the overall health quality of human body can be improved, and boxing movements can reach a stable state of "upper deficiency (deficiency of qi) and lower deficiency (enrichment)". The meaning of standing pile is very vivid, and the method of standing pile is simple and unpretentious. However, the practice process of standing piles is there, and it is impossible to practice without perseverance. Standing piles is not only the kung fu of beginners, but also the unremitting kung fu that successful learners often practice. As the saying goes, "practice one day, work hard one day, don't practice one day, and be sloppy for ten days." Standing piles is a compulsory course for Xingyiquan masters all their lives. Standing on the pile for a long time will greatly improve the inner mind and external bones and muscles of martial arts practitioners, not only the physical and mental health level will be improved, but also the boxing level will be improved. In the process of practicing boxing, subjective reasons reflect the animal habit characteristics such as tiger's bravery, bear's calmness and monkey's alertness.

Second, the function of Xingyiquan standing pile

As the boxing proverb goes: "The steps are unstable and the fists are chaotic; The pace is not fast and the fist is slow. " Therefore, Xingyiquan pays special attention to standing piles in order to promote the balanced development of physical fitness and improve the practice level of routines and the actual combat skills of Wushu. Standing piles rely on their own weight load to promote the growth and development of lower limb muscles, improve the running state of blood and blood of lower limbs, improve the firmness of joints and ligaments of lower limbs, and enhance the physiological functions of lower limb bones. Its strength increases with the bending of the knee joint. In the routine practice of boxing and walking, those who make meritorious deeds by standing piles have flexible footwork and steady footwork, which makes the boxing move fast but not chaotic, and slow but not scattered.

Xingyiquan's "Hunyuan Explosive Power" is very famous in Wulin. However, where does this powerful strength come from? According to the theory of Xingyiquan, the boxing frame has the theory of "three segments", with the upper limb as the sharp segment, the trunk as the middle segment and the lower limb as the root segment. If you don't know the three-stage principle, you won't know the origin of power. In actual combat, you will have no offensive and defensive power. According to the theory of Xingyiquan, the power of boxing frame starts from the root section, follows the middle section and reaches the tip section, and finally the three are combined into one, forming a complete "mixed explosive force". Among them, the root joint is the key and the starting point of boxing force. Therefore, Xingyiquan pays special attention to the training of standing pile kung fu to strengthen the strength of boxing. Only when the strength of the root node is sufficient, when the strength is transmitted to the fist of the sharp node, can a powerful explosive force be generated. This is the truth of "deep roots and flourishing leaves". Standing piles have a special magical effect on cultivating people's strength. Wang Xiangzhai, the founder of Italian Boxing (Dacheng Boxing), gained a new understanding of martial arts in the process of learning Xingyiquan. He took standing piles as the core content of boxing training strength, and broke a new path in Wulin, which has been enduring for decades.

The standing pile method of Xingyiquan is not only a good way to improve the strength of boxing, but also has a good effect on eliminating physical fitness. In the process of their specific body posture training, people's related meridians have been benign and beneficial. Therefore, in the training process of standing piles, the human body will experience the feeling of "internal gas" such as acid, numbness and swelling. The meridians of the human body are channels for supplying nutrients to viscera and removing garbage. Standing on the wooden stake, the human body's meridians are unblocked and the blood runs vigorously. The physiological functions of the zang-fu organs will naturally be improved and enhanced, and finally they will reach a healthy state of essence, substance, qi and strength, laying a solid foundation for practicing Xingyiquan. In the "five elements" theory of Xingyiquan, the five internal organs (heart, liver, spleen, lung and kidney) of the human body correspond to the five external fists (split, collapse, drill, cannon and horizontal). The lung should be hit (the lung is thundering), the liver should be hit (the liver is hot and rushing), the kidney should be hit (the kidney is moving like the wind), the heart should be hit (the heart is brave), and the spleen should be hit horizontally (the spleen is moving and attacking). The strength of the internal five zang-organs function will inevitably bring the strength of the external five kinds of boxing. Therefore, standing pile is a good way to promote health and improve boxing quality.

Three, Xingyiquan standing pile method

There is a boxing proverb in Wulin that "to learn Xingyiquan, you must stand for three years first". In other words, if you want to build a tall building, you must lay a solid foundation. There are many ways to stand piles of Xingyiquan, such as: rodless pile, dry Kun pile, chicken leg pile and so on. But the boxing proverb in Xingyiquan says that "all methods come from three styles". It is the core of Gong Zhuang. Three-body stake is a microcosm of Xingyiquan, which is synthesized, summarized and accumulated according to the requirements of Xingyiquan and the basic characteristics of Xingyiquan's boxing movements, as well as the offensive and defensive characteristics of upper-plate boxing, middle-plate boxing and the characteristics of footwork advance and retreat. Next, let's talk about the specific drilling method of three-body vertical pile.

First put your feet together, raise your head and vertical your neck, and look straight ahead. Bend your elbows with your arms, wrap your fists around the left and right sides of your navel, and put your fists up. Cheer up and adjust your strength.

Immediately follow the momentum, the tip of your right foot is 45 degrees outward, and your left foot is still. Turn your body 45 to the right, so that the renovated body faces straight ahead, so as to reduce the hitting area of your body in actual combat and stand firm with your knees slightly bent. Bend your right arm to the ribs, rotate your right fist outward, drill upward from the chest through the mouth, and the center of your right fist is flush with your nose inward (the action route of your right fist should be semi-arc from the inside out). Then, the left arm bends its elbow and sticks to the rib, and the left fist rotates outward, drilling upward from the chest through the mouth until it is flush with the nose. The left fist rotates inward into a palm, and the left palm is flush with the shoulder (the action route of the left hand drilling fist and the arm palm should form a semi-arc from the inside out). At the same time, the right arm is bent to the rib, the right fist is turned into a palm, and then it is retreated to the abdomen, and the thumb root is close to the navel. At this point, both palms are down. At the same time, the right knee bends, the right leg squats slightly, and most of the body's center of gravity falls on the right leg; When the left foot attacks with the left hand, it moves forward and the left knee bends slightly. The distance between the left and right feet is two feet long. When the knee bends down, the knee should not exceed the toe. Keep your eyes on your left palm, fasten your upper and lower teeth, put your tongue on your palate, and breathe evenly. At this time, the shape inside the boxing frame is stable and rigorous, which constitutes the formula of three-body vertical pile (this is the left type, the right type is the opposite).

Four, Xingyiquan pile essentials

Three types, when shaping, the tip of the left palm, the tip of the nose and the tip of the left toe should correspond to each other up and down and remain in the same vertical plane, so as to meet the requirement of "three-point opposition" in Xingyiquan theory. The side of the trunk faces forward, forming an oblique angle of 45. The knee flexion is about 135, the elbow flexion of the left arm is about 150, and the elbow flexion of the right arm is about 120, which makes the limbs in a state of slight flexion and strength accumulation. Chin retracted, head straight and neck straight, shoulders relaxed, elbows drooping, back pulled, hips bent and hips contracted, chest "empty" and abdomen "full", making the boxing frame seamless and without slack. Knees buckle to the ground, toes grasp the ground, and feet are empty. The left foot should be "upright" and the right foot should be "horizontal" to form a triangular support surface, thus making the boxing frame stable. The thumbs of the two palms are supported externally, and the index finger is lifted upwards, so that the tiger's mouth is semicircle and the palms are contained, so that the wrist collapses downwards and the palms are all forward and down, so that the whole body strength is concentrated on the two palms, and the attack and defense efficiency is exerted.

The standing pile of Xingyiquan is a process of "static" outside and "dynamic" inside. Although the shape of the boxing frame does not move, the inner thoughts are constantly "moving". Practitioners should greatly relax their bones, muscles, joints and internal organs through self-active mental activities. This kind of relaxation is not achieved overnight, but a benign idea induction and * * *, which must be exercised for a long time. Only through the accumulation of quantity can we finally achieve qualitative change. So as to dredge the stasis in the meridians, make the qi and blood smooth and vigorous, and adjust the yin and yang of the five internal organs to a balanced state. In addition, in the process of practicing Xingyiquan, we should put aside daily chores and exclude the interference of other thoughts, so that our inner ups and downs will gradually calm down and the practitioners will gradually reach the psychological state of "peace of mind", which will gradually deepen with the practitioners' continuous understanding of the working state. Peace of mind is a state of mind, which can greatly protect brain tissue and improve brain function. The brain is the master of internal organs and limbs. Therefore, psychological adjustment is as important as physical exercise, which can also promote the physiological functions of various human systems and improve the health quality of the body. In a word, the guard of Xingyiquan is not a general guard, but an exercise of "body" and "heart", which purifies the mind of practitioners and greatly exerts the inherent potential ability of the human body to adjust the balance of Yin and Yang. It strengthens the physiology of the practitioners, not only strengthens the bones and muscles, improves the quality of boxing movements, but also enriches the internal strength of the boxing frame, thus achieving the goal of "having two jobs".

Standing piles should be combined with basic skills. Before standing the pile, you should "warm up" by stretching your bones and muscles, such as leg press, kicking, folding and swinging. Only when the meridians are unfolded and the qi and blood are surging, can you maintain a lasting and stable state in the process of piling. In this way, the amount of exercise and intensity of the standing pile will be guaranteed, the curative effect will increase day by day, and the physique will be obviously enhanced.

Don't leave immediately after each pile. Stretch your arms, twist your waist, turn your knees, and move your feet so that your blood will not stagnate. And, according to the order from top to bottom, do yourself well and eliminate muscle aches.
