Handmade noodles are also delicious, but compared with rice skin, the taste is a little dry and hard. Of course, rolling noodles are more chewy.
From a health point of view, it is not good to eat raw and cold often. At first, Hanzhong Regan Noodles should only be produced to cope with the cold noodles in winter, but it is in line with the concept of health preservation. I think China's excellent food culture should be produced in this way. They pay attention to color, fragrance and taste, and at the same time they will rise to the height of health preservation.
