There is a big difference between college physical education and high school physical education. The biggest difference is that physical education class in high school is basically a free activity, and physical education class in college is basically arranged by the teacher, but the latter makes me feel more enriched and makes full use of the 90 minutes in class. High school sports activities, basically playing basketball for a while, and then most of the rest time is wasted. Now physical education class basically doesn't waste a minute. Because of long-term exercise, my physique is much better than before, especially the running speed. Although this year's 1000 middle and long-distance race exam, I still didn't get rid of the fate of being the last, but this is the first time I ran less than four minutes. This achievement may be nothing to others, but it means a lot to me. Another important gain is that I finally mastered a whole set of boxing techniques-24-style forehand boxing. The martial arts performance is quite satisfactory. There is no shortage of gold, and even the best class has its shortcomings. I would like to take this opportunity to make some suggestions:
1. Can we use some excellent equipment in class, or allow us to enter the school gymnasium for corresponding physical exercise?
2. Can you divide a class into two sections with a ten-minute break, so as to buffer your physical strength and prevent your physical strength from being overdrawn?
3. Can we add more sports, such as pole climbing, horizontal bar, parallel bars and long jump, so as to diversify sports.
