Childhood (6~ 12 years old): ripe, scented tea.
Note: Tea polyphenols in tea have certain stimulation to the stomach, and caffeine will affect sleep. Children should not drink more than 3 grams of dry tea every day, and the tea soup should be as light as possible.
Puberty (12~20 years old): green tea and white tea.
Note: Teenagers should not drink too much tea, nor at night, so as not to affect their sleep.
