1. Pavement investigation: according to the specific conditions of pavement cracks, determine the joint repair design scheme;
2. Preparation: Check the grooving machine and the seam filling machine; Start the joint filling machine and heat the sealant to the temperature required for construction. When heating, the joint filling machine will be towed to the back of the truck, and the truck will be equipped with sealant, isolation pier, safety indication sign, slotting machine and thermal spray gun, and then towed to the scheduled construction site, and half of the road will be closed as the construction area. ?
3. Slotting: adjust the slotting depth according to the designed slotting size, and then carry out slotting operation.
4. Seam cleaning: Clean the slag in the tank and the dust on both sides of the crack 10cm thoroughly with a blower.
5. Joint filling: When the temperature is lower than 7℃, preheat the opened groove with a hot spray gun to improve the adhesion of sealant; If there is moisture in the oil tank, please use a hot spray gun to dry it. Pour the heated sealant into the groove evenly, and drag a sealing layer with a certain width and thickness on both sides of the crack. ?
6. Maintenance: After joint filling, the traffic can only be opened after the sealant is fully cooled and the pavement debris is cleaned up. The general time is 15min, and the specific opening time can be flexibly controlled according to the temperature.
