1. Hands akimbo, brisk walking, arms waving.
2. Take a step forward with your right foot and sweep your hands down at the same time, then take a step forward and sweep your arms up.
3. Take a step forward with your left foot and sweep your hands down at the same time, then take a step forward and sweep your arms up.
4. Bend your knees and push your hands forward in turn, with a brisk pace.
5. Move forward quickly and swing your arms up.
6. Take a step forward with your right foot, swing your arm upward, and then return to the original position.
7. Move your left foot forward, swing your arm up, and then return to your original position.
8. Put your feet together, wave your arms up, then put them down and wave them three times at a time.
