Flowers and plants to ward off evil spirits: wormwood, calamus, fig branches and peach branches. Qing Gu Tieqing's Jia Qinglu: "Cutting Pu as a sword, chopping Peng as a whip, and hanging peach stalks and garlic on the bed are all exorcism."

In Taiwan Province Province, there is a pair of Dragon Boat Festival couplets: holding Aiqi attracts a hundred blessings, and hanging a sword on the door kills thousands of enemies.

In ancient China, peach wood symbols were used to exorcise ghosts and evil spirits during the Spring Festival, which later evolved into Spring Festival couplets.

There is also Wang Anshi's beautiful sentence, "Thousands of families always exchange new peaches for old ones."
