It doesn't take half an hour, just practice twice a day. It is important to stick to it every day. Three days of fishing and two days of drying nets can't achieve fitness effect. If you have enough time, you can practice twice every morning and evening. Be prepared before practice and run to move your joints to avoid injury.

When I first started practicing, it was inevitable that my knee would hurt for too long. It doesn't matter. Beginners don't need to practice for that long, they should step by step, gradually increase their intensity and get used to it.
