Dongzhimen area is more expensive, and there are some communities around it, such as Min 'an Community and Qingshuiyuan Community. The age of the house is unclear. The traffic around these communities is convenient, close to Dongzhimen subway station and bus hub station. Dongzhimen Bridge has two large shopping malls: Ginza and Raffles. There is a supermarket under the mall, so eating is not a problem.
