I am busy with work this week. Although busy with trivial and monotonous things, I need a calm, patient and meticulous attitude to sort out the information a few years ago, even more than a decade ago. I couldn't sort it out at first, but the more I sorted it out, the more impetuous I found it, because I couldn't find a sense of accomplishment in this simple and trivial work, which was monotonous.

It suddenly occurred to me that work can make money, but this is only part of the meaning of work. Every challenge at work is an opportunity to learn, and every contact with a new industry is also an opportunity to learn. Therefore, I want to find the meaning of work from the tedious work of collecting information now: although it is monotonous and trivial work, it can cultivate my patience and carefulness, and at the same time cultivate my good attitude. It is very important to cultivate an indifferent heart in monotonous and boring work.

Taking stock of what I did this week, although I didn't bring myself a sense of accomplishment at work, I made a breakthrough in personal growth and parenting.

8. Read with your child for 30-60 minutes every day.

10. I took my children to the park with my classmates at the weekend, and the children had a good time.

1. Children encounter interesting things in their daily lives, and you can tell me some interesting things in combination with the picture books you have read. This is the process of learning and applying it to practice. Children's learning ability and curiosity are really beyond your imagination.

Third, reflection.

1, this week's sleep is good and bad. If you fell asleep before 12 the night before, get up around 6 am, or even earlier, but your mental state is particularly good during the day, so it is really important to go to bed early and get up early. The time in the morning is really precious for self-improvement and study.

I don't spend much time with my children every day. Apart from reading for 30 to 50 minutes before going to bed every day, there is basically no other time for parent-child interaction.

3, lack of patience and care at work, I feel that boring and monotonous work makes me feel very unfulfilled, so I can't help being lazy and irritable.

As for my partner, this week, I saw that he worked more leisurely. In addition to going to the gym after work, eating supper, socializing, or eating and drinking with colleagues, almost all of them stay up late to watch their mobile phones, stay up late and get up late. This state makes me very uncomfortable. There is a voice in my heart shouting: Why can't you read more, waste less time and do something meaningful, such as reading books and playing games with your children? Although I thought about it in my heart, I didn't say it, and my heart has been in a state of entanglement.

Four. Next week's promotion plan

1. Continue to do a good job in time management, go to bed early and get up early (12 and get up before 6 o'clock), and make good use of the early morning time for self-improvement study.

2. Be patient and careful at work, try to do this from ordinary work, make yourself feel meaningful, and actively do every little thing.

3. Accompany your child for one hour every day with high quality (parent-child interaction+parent-child game). In this hour, you don't look at your mobile phone, don't care about other things, and concentrate on accompanying your children with high quality.

4. It is difficult to manage yourself and change others, but it is easy to change yourself, so don't pin your expectations on others and pray for others to change. Only you can change, just be yourself, others may learn from you when they see your growth.

3. Focus on the important things, do more things in circle of influence, and do less things in the circle of concern. The most important thing in the recent stage is the study of financial management knowledge, so I spend 1 hour every day paying attention to the study of financial management knowledge, besides financial management courses, there are also books to read. 4. Go out for a short trip with your family on weekends.
