What is the spring like in Wuzhou?
A place surrounded by mountains, full of flowers and gurgling rivers. Ah! This is my beautiful hometown-Wuzhou, Guangxi. Wuzhou River is the mother river of Wuzhou. In spring, nature changes and the river becomes very green. When it rains in Mao Mao, the spring rain is like countless little hands stroking people's faces. The river was submerged in the darkness. When the raindrops are heavy, you can see the river rippling round and round, which is really cute. On sunny days, the river is clear and quiet as a mirror, reflecting all the scenery on the river bank. The continuous Wuzhou River nourishes the creatures on both sides of the river, and the red and yellow flowers of mango trees are in full bloom, with rich fragrance: the kapok trees are covered with big and round buds, the reddish-brown receptacles are covered with bright red flowers, and some branches have grown small green leaves. Grass sticks out from the ground, and the whole river bank is like an emerald carpet. Some birds fly in the air, some gather on the branches and chirp beautiful songs, and some jump around the trees as if playing hide-and-seek in the bright sunshine. Butterflies spread their beautiful wings and danced among the flowers. What a busy spring! I love my hometown, especially the clear Wuzhou River. She nurtured the life here and made it full of vitality. She told me the vitality of spring and the richness of autumn.
