Health jokes emphasize the health of meridians in traditional Chinese medicine
Recently, I finished reading 1-3, China Baliren's "Seeking a doctor is better than seeking for yourself". The more you look at it, the more you marvel at the magic of meridians. They are like hubs. When they get through, they will have a bright future. When they are blocked, they will be troubled by diseases.

I am lucky to read such an easy-to-understand book. I have benefited a lot from the collection of various TCM knowledge. So, I sorted out some of my own gains and shared them with you. I hope each of us can gain something, stick to it for a long time and get healthier and healthier.

I'm going to write two articles, one is a summary of meridian knowledge and an introduction to key acupoints, and the other is to extract various health care methods mentioned in three books. Persistence will definitely make us healthier.

Next, let's take a look at the magic of meridians.

1

Since I studied Chinese medicine, I often beat my body with a massage hammer. The biggest gain in this process is that sleep has improved, deep sleep time has increased, and the mood has become more peaceful and quiet. This should be a good mood brought by good health and good sleep.

At first, I knocked on my leg with all kinds of bruises (technical terms may be called bruises), and gradually the bruises disappeared. After several months, the bruises did not appear again.

But some time ago, the stomach function weakened, and the stomach swelled a little, and then knocking at the door, there were various spots and bruises on the route of the spleen and stomach meridian.

Through my own personal experience, my first thought is that the general principles of meridians are good for health, good for sleep, and the opposite is true if they are unreasonable.

Many times, when I massage a meridian, it is changing dynamically. You may feel nothing for a while, then suddenly press the pain point, and the pain will disappear after a while.

For people who are not majoring in traditional Chinese medicine, they may not understand its principle, but they should be sensitive to their own bodies. When there is congestion, it should be the best self-care.

There is a saying in the book: learning meridians can be deep or shallow. Pay attention to the position where you have symptoms, see which meridian it takes, and stimulate the relevant acupuncture points on this meridian, and the symptoms will be improved.

There is also a saying that "the acupoints are inseparable from the meridians".

I think what they probably mean is, don't try to find every acupoint, your pain point is the problem. Learning meridians, if you have the ability, it is good to learn deeper; But if time is limited, don't be too hard on yourself. A good method is not afraid that you don't understand its theory, but it will still be beneficial to stick to it.

(1) Taichong point of liver meridian

The author uses the most awe-inspiring acupoints and qi-relieving acupoints to describe them. It is extremely powerful in dispersing liver fire, supplementing painstaking efforts, reassuring and benefiting waterways.

Taichong point is the original point of liver meridian, which is explained in detail in the book:

Too, grand meaning; Rush, an important passage. Where is the grand and important passage of the human body? It must be in the place where qi and blood gather and flow the most, that is, where the liver and heart are connected.

The liver is the blood bank and the heart is the blood pump. Ischemia is not caused by the heart itself, but by insufficient blood supply to the liver. Why is there insufficient blood supply? Because the passage between the two dirty parts is blocked. Why is it blocked? Originated from stagnation of liver qi, qi stagnation leads to blood stasis.

Chongzi also means washing with water, which tells us more vividly that stimulating Taichong point will inject blood from the liver into the heart.

But be sure to rub it in the direction of the "grain". The line is the fire point of the liver meridian, the liver belongs to wood, and the heart belongs to fire, which means that wood makes a fire.

Finally, the author mentioned, who should use Taichong point? Those who love to sulk and have tears to swallow. Knead Taichong point and discharge it inward from Taichong point, and the effect will be better.

(2) bladder meridian

Bladder meridian, the largest detoxification channel of human body. The bladder meridian from point Yinmen below the hip to point Weizhong is very important. Because this is an important way to check the degree of toxin accumulation in the body, there are two bladder meridians passing through here, and the toxin accumulation is the most here. If the poison is difficult to disperse, there will be stagnant tumors in the body; If it is common here, cancer will not be born and malignant diseases will be difficult to achieve. Therefore, it is necessary to know where you can live in peace.

The bladder meridian is called "Foot Taiyang bladder meridian", which is related to human yang. It starts from the outside of the sole of the foot, along the back of the calf, thigh and back to the top of the head.

Chinese medicine believes that wind enters from the back of the neck and cold enters from the soles of the feet, that is, cold enters from the bladder meridian. Therefore, expelling cold should start with bladder meridian.

The book tells an example of "ice fire":

Some people are afraid of cold because of deficiency cold, but once they eat hot medicine or hot food, they will get angry, blisters on their faces and swollen gums, so they must take medicine to get rid of the fire immediately. What is the reason? That's because the exterior cold is too heavy, even if you take hot medicine, it's still "ice-wrapped fire", and the external cold is hot at the end. External cold is the cold of bladder meridian. Only by scraping the back or cupping to "break the ice and melt" and eating hot medicine or hot food will the fire have a place to go, and it will catch cold on its back and stop running on its head.

I also have great feelings about bladder meridian. I have been treating rhinitis by massaging Xiang Ying Point, and it has improved, but after a while I met a bottleneck.

But since I understood the principle of rhinitis, I began to pat and massage the bladder meridian. After dispelling cold and increasing yang, I made a further breakthrough in the self-treatment of rhinitis.

The book says: I want to improve my physical condition, but I don't know where to start. Getting through the Du meridian and bladder meridian is the best shortcut.

Sufficient yang is the channel of human body's yang, which is healthy and should be the core of opening Du meridian and bladder meridian.

(3) Tianhe

One stroke of Tianhe River, one punch of licking the calf, one acupuncture point for treating children's fever, and one push of Tianhe River can not only purge the fire of the liver meridian, but also replenish the blood of the spleen meridian, so that the liver fire will be purged, the heart will naturally cool down, the spleen meridian will be supplemented, and the appetite will be greatly expanded.

Ancient doctors summed up children's diseases most subtly. Children's diseases are either liver or spleen.

Liver depression and spleen deficiency, less sleep, even if you can't breathe, you don't want to go to sleep. In the evening, love sweating has a big temper, a bad appetite and a picky eater. His face is thin and yellow, but his teeth grow slowly.

The location of Tianhe is from Laogong point to Quze point, which is the location of pericardium meridian. Pushing the pericardium meridian backward can not only purge the fire of the liver meridian, but also replenish the blood of the spleen meridian. Therefore, it is most effective for those fevers such as fever of hands and feet, persistent sweating, restless sleep and persistent cough at night (but it is absolutely not available if you are afraid of cold and wind, tired and sleepy).

The method of pushing "Tianhe" is very simple: parents use their thumbs to push their children's left hand from the center of their forearms to the elbow fossa. Push at least 300 times at a time When pushing, put some lubricating oil on the child's forearm to prevent scratching the skin. Give your child a push before going to bed, and the effect is the best.

three

In addition to the three acupoints and meridians that impressed me the most, other meridians are mentioned in the book:

For example, facial qi and blood are mainly supplied by the stomach meridian, and you want to get through the stomach meridian; The best way to exercise liver and kidney function is to separate your legs; Beating the large intestine meridian in front of the arm often can not only reduce the fat on the arm, but also improve the constipation problem; There are also mysterious triple energizer, commander-in-chief of human health and so on.

Meridian can be said to be an important channel for human self-help and self-healing. Meridians are connected, qi and blood run smoothly, and viscera perform their duties, which is a relatively strong body.

When the body and mind are integrated, the body is healthy, and the mood will be more pleasant, forming a virtuous circle.

Meridian learning is a profound knowledge, which can't be accomplished overnight, but it will get better and better as time goes by. Knowing more about life saving points may get twice the result with half the effort.
