The project manager must attach importance to the training of "knowing and knowing" in the preparation stage, so that everyone involved in the project implementation, especially those in key positions, can fully understand the established objectives, management implementation methods and key difficulties of the project, and let all contractors clearly know what the project department should do at each stage and what they should do. Sixth, be a good "parent"
The project manager is the first person in charge of the project and the "parents" of the employees participating in the project implementation team. A good project manager should never rely on the official position given to you by the organization to organize the project. When performing management duties, he should have a clear and comprehensive understanding of authority. Power may not build prestige, but it is powerful. A good project manager must be authoritative.
