"Title"

Second, boxing.

Collapse boxing is a practice method of alternating left and right fists and hitting straight forward. You need speed and strength when you punch, and you need to keep your whole body intact and keep pace with your footwork. The step rule is a single form in which the left foot goes straight, the right foot tries to push back and then take a step forward. After landing, the center of gravity is still on the right leg (in some areas, the feet rotate straight forward, that is, the front foot moves forward, the back foot moves forward, and the stepping foot moves up again). The posture requires kneeling and squatting, and the height is consistent. The boxing is vigorous, and the ancient boxing spectrum describes that "boxing is like an arrow, which means shooting."

(1) preparatory type. It is exactly the same as the three-way pose (Figure 2-13).

(2) Right fist. 1. Starting from the three poses, the body direction remains unchanged; Make a fist with both hands, such as spiral, with the left fist eye facing up and the elbow slightly bent; The right fist is upward, the right elbow is close to the right waist, and the forearm is attached to the right side of the abdomen; See the left fist (Figure 2- 14). Try to take a step forward with your left foot, and then take a step forward with your right foot. The center of gravity is still sitting on the right leg. The heel of the left foot is opposite to the ankle bone of the right foot, with a distance of about 20-30 cm. At the same time of progress, the right fist is straight forward along the left arm direction, with the fist eye up and the fist face slightly forward; The left fist is adducted, stopping at the left side of the waist (below the left rib), with the center of the fist facing up, the right fist extending forward and the left leg in front. See the right fist (Figure 2- 15).

Key points: 1. After the fist is clenched in the left hand, the elbow tip should still droop, the shoulders should be loose downward and the head and neck should be vertical. Although you are required to clench your fist, don't be nervous at all. Don't deliberately hold your breath and breathe naturally. When your left foot moves forward, don't lift it too high. When landing, the heel should land first, but don't stomp the ground on purpose. Push your right leg as hard as possible, don't raise your body, stride and go far. After hitting the right fist, the right shoulder should move forward, the left hip should be slightly retracted, the upper body becomes inclined to the left front, and the elbow of the right arm hangs down. The body should be stable, the head should be raised, and the waist should collapse; Left foot forward landing and right fist should be coordinated.

(3) Left collapse boxing: the left foot continues to try its best to advance, and the right foot follows (the footwork is the same as the right collapse boxing); At the same time, the left fist is straight forward in the direction of the right arm, with the center of the fist to the right, the right fist is retracted and stopped at the right side of the waist, and the center of the fist is upward, forming a forward posture of the left fist and the left leg in front; See the left fist (Figure 2-16).

Key points: In the process of folding the left fist, the body should be kept in a semi-oblique posture to the right, the left shoulder should not be extended too far, and both hips should be slightly retracted. Other requirements are the same as the right fist folding (see Figure 2-15 and explanation).

(4) Right boxing: the action and key points are the same as those in (2) (see Figure 2-15).

(5) Left Collapse Boxing: The action and key points are the same as those in (3) (see Figure 2-16).

According to the above actions and points, you can turn left and right and go straight, and the number depends on the site conditions. The turn-back always waits for a right fist before turning around.

(6) Turn around after boxing: 1. After the right fist punches (Figure 2-17), the left fist does not move, and the right fist is closed to the right side of the abdomen (the heart of the fist is upward); Kick your left foot backward (about 90), twist your right foot around your toes and look forward (Figure 2-18). 2. The right fist is drilled forward and upward through the chest near the mouth. The whole right arm should be curved and cannot be straightened. The heart of the fist is tilted upward and slightly outward, and the little finger is twisted upward; At the same time, the right leg is bent and lifted, and the toes are tilted to the right; The left leg is slightly flexed into a left independent posture; See the right fist (Figure 2-19). 3. Without stopping, step on the ground with your right foot, step forward with your left foot, and leave your heel off the ground. Your left knee abuts against the knee socket of your right knee to form a cross-sitting rest; At the same time, when resting, the left fist is split forward along the right arm through the chest, and the palm is down and forward. The right fist falls back to the front of the abdomen, and the thumb clings to the palm of the navel and moves forward. Look at the index finger of the left palm (Figure 2 -20).

Key points: 1. Kicking back with your left foot, taking back your right fist and turning back right are a coherent movement. Don't pause for too long before and after the connection, so as not to bow down when you turn around. 2. Drill up with your right fist and lift your right knee together. 3. When your right foot hits the ground, try to step forward sideways, cross your legs closely, and separate your left palm before your right foot hits the ground, which must be neat and uniform.

(7) Collapse of right fist: Hold hands tightly, step forward with your right foot, step forward with your left foot as far as possible, and step forward with your right foot, about 20-30 cm away from your left foot. At the same time, the right fist is straight forward and the left fist is retracted to the left side of the waist. The action and emphasis are the same as those of the front right fist collapse (Figure 2 -2 1).

In this way, the left and right fists alternately return to the original position, and the number of round trips is not limited, depending on personal physical strength. Finally hit the starting position (boxing to the right), and then turn around and do the closing action.

(8) Fist ending style: 1. Turn back to the right, lift your right leg, split your hands and other actions are exactly the same as (6) turn back and (7) clench your fist (Figures 2 -22, 23, 24 and 25). After closing the fist, the body does not move, the right foot retreats half a step, and the left foot retreats behind the right foot. 2. The left arm bends and hangs over the chest, and the hands hang over the sides of the body. At the same time, the right foot is adducted and close to the left foot (at this time, the right foot should still be inclined at 45); Stand up gently and keep a half-oblique direction to the right; Shoulders hang down and eyes look forward (see Figure 2-2). Point: When you retract your right foot, keep your fist still. Pay attention to the right shoulder can't twist backwards, and the left foot retreats. Touch the ground with your heel first, and then lift your heel (slightly off the ground). Keep your knees together (the left knee is close to the right knee socket). The withdrawal of the left foot should be coordinated with the punch before the left fist.
