In this evaluation system, I first designed a routine assessment, that is, the assessment of a teacher's basic quality. In my opinion, a teacher must have all the qualities that a teacher should have in order to be competent for his work, carry out basic teaching and further fulfill the sacred mission of educating people. After that, I designed a series of other evaluation measures, including the related evaluations of students, colleagues and superiors. I think the evaluation of a teacher should be limited to the routine evaluation. We can learn more about teachers' teaching work from students' evaluation, that is, the audience of teachers' teaching, and we can also learn more about teachers' working attitude and personality from colleagues' evaluation, that is, teachers get along with each other day and night and cooperate with him. Through the teacher's self-evaluation, we can learn more about the real situation from many angles. The self-evaluation also reflects the humanization of the evaluation system and respects the evaluation object.

1. Ideology and morality
Reason: Ideological and moral quality is a person's core value system, and the difference between people and animals is that people have moral consciousness. Especially for teachers, ideological and moral quality is a part that needs assessment. Only with noble moral sentiments can we do a good job in educating people.
2. Cultural and professional qualities
Reason: Teachers' duty is to teach and educate people, moral quality is the basis of educating people, and cultural quality is the basis of educating people. Only with corresponding scientific knowledge and theoretical knowledge of education can we do a good job in educating people. Imagine that if a teacher does not have basic cultural knowledge, it is difficult to do a good job in teaching and win the respect of students.

Through work performance, we can find some advantages and disadvantages of education and teaching, so as to better reflect on education and teaching.
