The traditional practice is to add honey or milk to the cut turtle paste and stir it with such a small bowl. Ordinary people can effectively relieve constipation by eating twice a week, and can also eliminate water and toxins in the body.
In late summer and early autumn, the sweetest fruit of the season is cantaloupe. At this time, it is the harvest time of many kinds of honeydew melons in Xinjiang. Our favorite way to eat this crispy and refreshing melon is to peel and cut it into small pieces and insert it with a toothpick. At the same time, diced honeydew melon with nutritional ingredients such as Guiling Ointment and sago is also the best dessert for relieving summer heat, beautifying face and resisting spots.
Melon, sago and fairy grass

200 ml of milk
1 tbsp honey
Turtle jelly powder 30g
600g boiled water

2, 30 grams of powder, first melted with a little water, into this paste, do not add more water.
Then add 60-70 degrees of boiling water. What is the ratio of boiled water to powder? Generally, the ratio is 25: 1 or 20: 1, that is, 30 grams of powder, and at least 600 grams of boiling water is added. In order to taste better, add boiling water and mix well, then we sieve it once.
3. Then put it on the stove and heat it with low fire. Keep stirring in the process, and you will soon see that the liquid becomes sticky and has this mushy feeling. At this time, turn off the fire and let it cool and solidify, which is the finished product of Guiling Ointment.
I'll wait for the pan to cool before putting it in the refrigerator. It will solidify well in about 2 hours.
4. Before cooking sago, cut the honeydew melon into pieces, then put in a handful of fresh mint, pick it up a little by hand and put it in the refrigerator for refrigeration, so that the honeydew melon will taste cooler.
5. There are several tips for cooking sago:
A, don't soak sago, wash it once, then put it in clean water and cook it on the stove.
B, be sure to add more water when cooking sago, because sago will swell and water will become sticky when cooking.
C. Cook the lid on low heat for 10 minute, then turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes without opening the lid.
D, sieving sago with a fine sieve, and air-cooling for 2-3 times.
6. Add 1 spoonful of honey to the milk, stir well, then pour in appropriate amount of turtle paste and honeydew melon, decorate with appropriate amount of mint, and sprinkle with appropriate amount of sago on the surface. Stir well and it will be a delicious healthy dessert.
