4. Managers should have high professional ethics and professional quality;

The principal should have a college degree or above, an intermediate title or a national vocational qualification level 3 or above, have more than 2 years of vocational education and training experience, and be familiar with national vocational training policies, laws and regulations;

Full-time teaching management personnel should have college degree or above, intermediate title or national vocational qualification level 3 or above, have more than 2 years of experience in vocational education and training, and have rich experience in teaching management.
