Chang Gung Health Culture Village is located next to expressway, Guishan Township, Taoyuan, Taiwan Province Province, covering an area of about 34 hectares. It was built with the support of Chang Gung Memorial Hospital and the investment of NT$ 50 billion by Wang Yongqing, Chairman of Formosa Plastics Group. The area has a beautiful environment and a park-like green landscape. There are 3,600 households in the village, all of which have seven floors. There are two types of apartment, one bedroom and one living room, 14 flat, about 46 square meters, one bedroom and two living rooms, 22 flat, about 73 square meters. Any spouse who is over 60 years old and over 50 years old can apply for admission and have a physical examination before admission. Sick people can stay in the Chang Gung Sanatorium next to them. The whole village is designed with barrier-free environment, with 24-hour security, and you need to swipe your card when entering or leaving the village.
