Lanzhou Lamian Noodles formula
Traditional Lanzhou Lamian Noodles formula: dough mixing, using Yongdeng high-gluten flour to mix with rapeseed oil, salt, ramen agent and water. Beef soup is made of yak meat, beef leg bone and beef liver produced in Gannan, with ginger, Amomum tsaoko, cinnamon, clove, pepper, rhizoma Dioscoreae Septemlobae and salt. Chili oil is prepared from Gangu pepper, rapeseed oil, onion, ginger, tsaoko and fennel.
