Prescription: Ginseng, Atractylodes macrocephala, Poria and Glycyrrhiza. Amomum villosum, dried tangerine peel, platycodon grandiflorum, lentils, yam, lotus seed meat and coix seed regulate qi with kernel, strengthen spleen and eliminate dampness.

If the spleen and stomach diet is weak, people with spleen and stomach deficiency and cold, or stomach pain, abdominal pain, diarrhea, etc. Patients with cold syndrome should eat more onions, ginger, leeks, garlic, peppers and so on.

People with weak spleen and stomach should eat red dates, yams, lentils, Euryales, lotus seeds and so on.
