Tools/materials: black rice, purple rice, red beans, coix seed, lotus seeds, red dates, medlar, clear water, boiling pot, basin, spoon and plate.
1. The materials needed to prepare porridge are 40g of black rice, 50g of purple rice, 50g of red beans 100g, 50g of coix seed, 50g of lotus seeds, 0g of red dates 10g, and 0g of medlar 10g.
2. Wash all the materials and soak black rice, purple rice, red beans, coix seed and lotus seeds in water for 30 minutes.
