The practice of rice porridge
Step 1: First, wash rice. Remember not to wash it too many times, otherwise it will cause a lot of nutrient loss of rice. Then, soak the rice for a period of time to allow the rice to absorb water and expand.

Tip: This is very important, because rice will swell after absorbing water, so that when cooked again, not only the starch will be cooked more easily, but also the taste will be a little sticky and the rice flavor will be stronger.

Step 2: Then add water to the pot. After the water boils, put the rice into the pot and stir it with a spoon. When the rice soup boils again, stir it clockwise several times. Then simmer.

Step 3: In the process of re-cooking porridge, always stir the rice soup to prevent it from sticking to the bottom. When we saw that the rice had boiled and blossomed and the porridge was basically cooked, we turned off the fire and put it in a small bowl. Of course, you can also add other ingredients to the porridge to add more flavor, just boil the rice soup before adding it.
