Can carrots stew black-bone chicken with yam?
Carrots can be stewed with yam in black-bone chicken.

Ingredients: a black-bone chicken, red dates, Chinese yam, medlar and carrots.

Seasoning: onion, ginger, salt, cooking wine.

Production method:

1, black-bone chicken is washed and cut into small pieces.

2, red dates to the core, soaked in water for 20 minutes.

3. Wash carrots and cut them into hob blocks.

4. Boil the water in the pot, add ginger slices and cooking wine to remove the fishy smell, and simmer the black-bone chicken pieces and remove them.

5. Add water to the pot, add the cooked black-bone chicken, red dates, medlar, onion and ginger slices, boil over high fire and cook for 40 minutes until the chicken is 80% cooked.
