Which way do northerners eat is unacceptable to southerners?
The climate difference between north and south of China leads to different crop yields and different eating habits between north and south. Of course, there are differences in lifestyles, and there are also places where we don't like each other. So which southerners can't accept the way northerners eat? Personally, I think there are five habits that people can't accept.

First, eat raw onions and vegetables dipped in soy sauce. There is a special food in the north, which is soy sauce. Soy sauce tastes salty. Northerners especially like to dip green onions in soy sauce. Green onions are very fragrant, but they taste great and spicy in the mouth. However, in the north, I like eating raw green onions very much. I want to roll some green onions with any pancake, and I want to eat a vegetable or something and dip it in some sauce. In the eyes of southerners, green onions are just accessories for cooking. They will never be eaten raw or directly with sauce. The sauces are too salty, so they must be cooked before eating. It is unacceptable for southerners to eat green onions and vegetables with sauce.

Second, eat garlic raw. Garlic tastes heavier than green onions. I usually feel a little spicy when I cut it with a knife. Although eating more garlic is good for your health, eating garlic raw is unacceptable to ordinary people. Northerners especially like to put garlic cloves directly into their mouths. When eating jiaozi, they also like to eat garlic cloves while eating. Even if you eat, you will eat a few cloves of garlic, and a clove will be placed on the table of the northern restaurant. Renye Fang only eats garlic as an auxiliary material when cooking, and never eats it raw. Northerners eat garlic cloves, but southerners can't accept it.

Third, stew, stew is very popular in Northeast China, that is, all the dishes are put together and stewed in a pot. It is not clear what the main course is, and the soup is still thin, a little mushy and sticky. I can't tell what is what, as if everyone has an appetite. In the south, all the dishes are cooked together, but the soup is light and not sticky, and the collocation of the dishes is divided into primary and secondary, so it is unacceptable for northerners to stew like this in the south.

Fourth, eat silkworm chrysalis. Although protein is tall and looks disgusting, northerners fry it and regard it as delicious. To me, a southerner would rather starve to death than eat this disgusting thing. This food is unacceptable.

5. Pasta: I went to menstruation's home last year. Get up in the morning to eat steamed stuffed buns, pack jiaozi at noon and eat noodles at night. I never leave pasta for three meals a day. After playing for a few days, I have to eat for a few more days. I sleep until midnight every night. I feel very hungry. I thought to myself, I am so full when I eat, why am I hungry so fast? This didn't happen at home. After that, I went home and ate pasta occasionally. Now I am not hungry in the middle of the night. It turns out that my family is in the south and my staple food is rice. Pasta is hungry faster than rice. In addition, eating pasta is easier to get angry than rice. Eating pasta for three meals will definitely make my stomach unbearable. Eating pasta is definitely unacceptable for me as a southerner.
