VE is an essential vitamin. It is a fat-soluble vitamin, so it should be taken after meals.

According to the recommendation of China Nutrition Society, the daily intake of VE is 400ug (microgram), and the daily intake is no more than 1000ug, and that of pregnant women is 600ug.

Taking too much VE can lead to bleeding symptoms, so you should not take too much VE when you have bleeding diseases or menstruation. Fat-soluble vitamins, including vitamins A, D, E and K, are insoluble in water, soluble in lipids and fatty solvents, and absorbed with lipid absorption. Lipid absorption disorder can lead to corresponding deficiency. Generally eaten with meals, especially when eating meat.

When vitamin A, vitamin D and other fat-soluble vitamins are ingested too much, they cannot be directly excreted through urine, and are easy to accumulate in the body, causing poisoning. If you take a large amount of vitamin D orally for a long time, it can lead to hypercalcemia, anorexia, nausea, vomiting, diffuse muscle weakness, muscle pain and so on.

Water-soluble vitamins include vitamin C, vitamin B, pantothenic acid, folic acid, biotin and lipoic acid. You can take it at any time. Generally, taking it on an empty stomach has the best effect.

Vitamin c and vitamin e are often taken together, which can improve each other.
