Huatong ultra-thin silicon asphalt micro-seal coat is a new material with high permeability, waterproof and sealing functions. The fog seal coat material with good permeability, emery and basalt are sprayed or scraped on the asphalt pavement surface at the same time by special spraying equipment or scraping brush, which can play the role of waterproof, seepage prevention and pavement protection, and can greatly reduce the adverse effects of ultraviolet rays and natural conditions on pavement water damage. After spreading silicone asphalt, relevant construction machinery and equipment shall be cleaned, and vehicles and pedestrians are prohibited from passing through the recycled structural layer, so as to keep the pavement dry, solid, clean and dust-free, without affecting the construction quality of silicone asphalt fog seal, and to ensure that traffic is opened after a certain curing time. The curing time of asphalt seal coat in silicone is closely related to weather conditions. When the pavement temperature is higher than 5℃, the traffic can be opened in 2-3 hours after the construction is completed, but when the temperature is slightly lower, the maintenance time should be appropriately extended, and the traffic can be opened after the surface of silica asphalt condenses.
