Haining shadow play
Haining shadow play has a long history, which began in the Southern Song Dynasty. In ancient times, folk performances such as weddings, funerals and celebrations before sericulture were deeply loved by the masses. There are 243 repertoires, many of which are not available in other operas, such as cornucopia and the sequel to the later story. , with strong local characteristics. In 2006, it was listed in the national intangible cultural heritage list, and in 20 1 1, as an important part of China shadow play, it was selected into the world intangible cultural heritage list.
The existing Haining Shadow Play Art Troupe Co., Ltd. can perform all the year round. Going west through customs is the main traffic route in the southwest of the town in the era of underdeveloped traffic. In particular, the water from the west, DC down, divides here, reaches Haiyan and Pinghu in the east, Wangdian and Jiaxing in the north, and goes straight to Suzhou-Changzhou, becoming the fork of the water highway. People come and go, and thousands of ships compete for glory, which subsequently promoted the formation of this block. With the establishment of Guanxiang in Ming Dynasty, the public security problem was relatively solved, the people were able to live in peace and businesses were able to operate, which promoted the rapid development of the block. Especially after the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom War broke out in Haining during Xianfeng period of Qing Dynasty, Chang 'an rice market suffered a military disaster and the market was depressed. Shi Xia is the only place for rice boats in Wujiang, Qingpu, Wuhu and Chaohu. If foreign rice ships arrive in Shi Xia late, they will stay overnight in Shi Xia and go to Chang 'an Rice Market the next morning. With the decline of Chang 'an rice market, Xiashi rice market came into being. Its main distribution point is located in Mishi Street, north of Nanguan Lane, and Nanguan Lane block distributes the grain of four towns and villages in the county, commonly known as "rural goods store". According to relevant data, before the Northern Expedition, at the peak of rice industry in Nanguan Township, there were more than 100 boats every day. Mi Yuan comes from nearby Joey, Zhangdian, Maqiao, Hutang, Ding Qiao, Luwan, Fengtu and Bo Tu. Each ship carries about 20 tons of soybeans and wheat, and each rural warehouse can purchase nearly 200 tons every day, which shows the prosperity of rice transportation and marketing at that time. With the opening of oil mill and rice mill, the traffic in this block is getting busier and busier. In order to meet the needs of customers, tea shops, restaurants, grocery stores and other shops have opened one after another, becoming another important business place in this town. After several years of investigation and interviews, Mr. Zou Yi from the Institute of Geography of Fudan University wrote the article "Location Conditions and Spatial Structure of Towns in the Republic of China: Taking Shixia Town in Haining, Zhejiang Province as an Example", pointing out that in the late Republic of China, despite the war, the rice market in Mishi Street had declined, and there were more than 20 shops in Nanguanxiang Historical Block.
In addition to the Guanxiang, Dayaoqiao, Huanxiu Bridge, Hui Yuan Temple and other historical sites also convey historical and cultural information, which is a bridge between history and modernity and a witness to the changes of the block. The date of construction of Dayao Bridge is unknown. According to the draft of Haining House, it was rebuilt in the 17th year of Guangxu (189 1). After that, the steps were changed to cement flat slope bridge deck to facilitate the passage of vehicles. Huanxiu Bridge, also known as the West Ring Bridge, was built in Mingwenjian for four years (1402), commonly known as "Tangqiao", and it is a three-ring arch bridge (1967 moved westward150m, changed to a concrete hyperbolic arch bridge). And several Pu Shu plants beside the ancient bridge are still lush, watching the changes of the times. The Hui Yuan Temple opposite Huanxiu Bridge, commonly known as Guandi Temple, was built at an unknown time. According to records: "There is a tea pavilion in the south of Xihuan Bridge, which is dedicated to Guan Di. When exactly did it start? In the Ming Dynasty, it was rebuilt between Chongzheng (Zhen) and Kangxi in the 14th year ... "Later, Jiangnan merchants borrowed money from buddhist nun, so they donated money for expansion and celebrated here. Despite the vicissitudes, its main building is still well preserved.
Up to now, there are still more than 20 quadrangle-style old houses built from the Qing Dynasty to the early Republic of China in the historical block. In these ancient quadrangles, there are historian Wu Qichang, red scientist wu shichang, ophthalmologist Wu and film art educator Shen Songsheng, who have made outstanding contributions in various fields. Childhood life has left them homesickness, and literati's works always reveal the pursuit of childhood and nostalgia for their hometown. "... we live in Dayaoqiao, and they live in Zhongning Lane. The old halls of the two houses are the same old, the same black, the same old, the same "horse head wall", the same "four pillars" and the same "shell window", all of which have passed through the "long hair" and have not been damaged. As usual, the "floor tile" is broken. I heard that it was because' Long Hair' cut firewood when the troops were stationed. The courtyard in front of the hall is flat and long, with either two osmanthus flowers or bauhinia flowers on both sides; Otherwise, camellia is also popular. ..... "This is Mr. Wu Qichang's true description of the old courtyard house in his hometown in the article Zhimo in his hometown, and it also shows his deep nostalgia for childhood words. Because of the existence of their former residence, it adds rich cultural connotation to the historical block. With the development of history, the change of traffic and the shift of business focus, Nanguanxiang historical block began to decline. In addition, the old houses are in disrepair all the year round, and the phenomenon of random construction by neighborhood residents is common, which leads to poor streets and lanes and serious safety hazards. In order to protect and continue the historical context of Nanguan Lane, under the repeated appeals of people of insight and CPPCC, on March 14, 2005, with the approval of Haiji (2005) No.65, the renovation project of Nanguan Lane Historical Block was formally established. To be organized and implemented by Shi Xia Housing Management Institute. In 2008, Chengtou Group was established and the project was handed over to the old reform company under its company for organization and implementation. On the basis of the preliminary design text, the company entrusted the Provincial Institute of Ancient Architecture Design and Research to further improve the reconstruction project of Nanguan Lane. During this period, the company revised the scheme with some CPPCC members, held three symposiums to solicit opinions extensively, and put forward the revised scheme in July 1998. Based on the principle of "showing historical features and utilizing leisure culture" and the concepts of highlighting key points, overall protection, effective utilization and rational development, the new scheme correctly handles the relationship between urban master planning and protective renovation, street renovation and protection of key historical sites. The revised design scheme was approved by the Municipal Development and Reform Bureau and agreed to be implemented. After a year's relocation work, South Guan Xia Protective Construction Engineering Street was officially put into construction on June 4, 2009.
The reconstructed Nanguanxiang historic block will form two streamline lines, namely, the block and the corridor along the river. The main nodes are Guandi Temple, the former site of Ye Sha office, wu shichang's former residence and Redology Museum, Nanguan Lane, Renmin Road entrance square, water features of verandah, deep house compound, Dayaoqiao ancient camphor tree, Tangqiao site and Nanchating site. Nanguanxiang Historic District welcomes visitors from all directions with a brand-new look. This also provides a typical beginning for the transformation of the historical block of Shi Xia Town in the future.
