What is jujube?
Raising jujube, also called "Tibetan jujube", is to put dried jujube in a woman's vulva, nourish it with yin water, and then take it out to eat it to strengthen yang. In ancient times, people believed in yin essence and aphrodisiac, so they had "raising dates". Raising dates appeared in the novel White Deer Plain.

Excerpt from Chen's novel White Deer Plain: Tian Xiaoe, a beautiful young woman, married an old one. Guo was her first man, and an old man who was over 60 years old in her first youth should also be the one who germinated for her. She works as a slave in Guo's family, but in fact, she can only be regarded as a slave at most. She only sleeps with the man twice a month with the consent of the woman. At other times, she used to empty the urinal, do housework, wash clothes and cook for long-term workers.
