2. The protection method is steaming. First of all, we should build a steaming pond. The average steaming pond needs to be 2.5 meters wide, 4 meters long and 3 meters deep. You can also determine the size according to your own output and the size of the mold. A boiler is also needed to transport steam to the steaming pool. The steaming pond has good sealing performance and can be used after completion. After the cement pipe is made, it can be hoisted into the steam curing pool for steam curing. Generally, it takes 2.5-3.5 hours to cure cement pipes. Generally speaking, the higher the temperature, the shorter the steam curing time. Steam curing time is inversely proportional to steam temperature. The higher the temperature, the better.
3. Protection methods of nature conservation. Natural curing means that there is no need for steam curing pool. After the cement pipe is made, put the cement pipe and mould in the open air for natural curing. Generally, it takes one day for cement pipes to be cured in the open air, and the mold can be opened the next day. After mold opening, natural curing takes 4-6 days. It is also necessary to spray water on the cement pipe three times a day, usually once in the morning, once at noon and once in the afternoon. The purpose of spraying water is to keep the humidity of the cement pipe so that the concrete can slowly set by itself. However, nature conservation needs more molds.
