Yutangquan Happy Water World and Hot Spring Health Resort are the first phase of the project, with a construction area of about 80,000 square meters and can accommodate 20,000 people at the same time. The water source is Tanggangzi Hot Spring, one of the four health hot springs in China. It is a large-scale comprehensive water resort integrating health, hot spring vacation, water sports, catering and accommodation.

The theme roof of Anshan Yutangquan Happy Water World is all made of glass, and hundreds of precious plants from Southeast Asia are introduced into the park.

It is equipped with a large indoor wave-making pool in the Cape of Good Hope in Northeast China, as well as more than 20 fresh and exciting amusement projects such as Caribbean waters, Yunlong entering the sea, mining trip, peak falling, magic abyss, crossing the sky, flying freely, rainbow flashing, landing in one step, rapids, Amazon drifting river, empty valley verandah, flying to Tianchi, sky collision and seven-dimensional interactive lights.
