Changshou Village in Bama, Guangxi was once an important entrepot of Fujian and Guangdong, and was known as "Little Hong Kong". It turned out that Tingjiang bypassed the peak market in history and came to the well-known "Cotton Beach". It can be seen that the stone walls on both sides of the river stand tall, the river is steep and narrow, and the narrow place is only 10 meter wide, like a spout. The river rushes across the reef of "Cotton Beach" like an arrow, and the waves roll like floc, which is known as "Ten Miles Cotton Beach, and the river falls from the sky". Therefore, when ships from the upper reaches of the Tingjiang River come here, they must land in Shi Feng, then shoulder the mountain for ten miles, and then disembark at the pier Tai Po Shishi in the upper reaches of the Han River. Leaving Fengfeng Town and walking down the valley, you will soon see water overflowing from the hillside canal opposite the valley, forming a large artificial waterfall and viewing room. At present, there is a signpost of Mianhuatan Dam and underground control room, which spirals down the mountain road to the underground control room and turns a mountain bend. Suddenly, it shines, and a dam with a height of 100 meters appears in the valley on the right. I was really shocked when I first saw this dam. I only feel this way when I go to Gezhouba Shiplock by boat. A group of people hurriedly parked their cars in the wide place in front of the underground workshop and rushed to the highway bridge in front of the dam to watch and take pictures. Tingjiang River has been locked up by the dam overhead, and it is quiet below the dam. Only a small part of the river flows quietly from the outlet of the hydropower station in a whirlpool, and flows downstream along dangerous beaches and riverbeds where rocks are still faintly visible. A few hundred meters downstream, it is the mouth of Yongding River, where Yongding River joins Tingjiang River. From then on, it never looked back, climbed mountains and entered Guangdong Jieshi City. Qingxi Reservoir and Qingxi Hydropower Station cross Chayang, reach Sanhe, enter the Han River, join Meitan River and Meijiang River, another main tributary originating in Zijin County, and rush to Chaoshan Plain to join the sea.
Zhang, deputy director of Bama Longevity Research Institute, told reporters that the reasons for Bama people's longevity are not only genetic factors, but also river water, unique "recipes" and "natural oxygen bars". It is reported that most of the ancestors of Bama people came from other places, not short, and the women were beautiful, which was related to several national assimilation in history. The assimilation of history and modern occlusion have made Bama people form a natural closed and semi-closed state, with few infectious diseases and primary diseases. In assimilation, the mysterious longevity gene quietly "lurks". The researchers surveyed 74 centenarians in Bama and found that 68% of them belonged to longevity families. The reasons for Bama people's longevity are comprehensive. In a word, Bama has incomparable advantages in air, drinking water and food. The air in the mountain countryside is fresh and rich in negative ions; In terms of drinking water, most rivers and springs in Bama are exposed to the ground after thousands of meters of undercurrent, and trace elements such as selenium and strontium that are beneficial to health are melted from different strata. Long-term drinking can regulate physiological function and prolong life. In terms of food, Bama people eat rice porridge and corn porridge all their lives, or a mixture of two kinds of rice porridge, and eat porridge for generations, which is called "the hometown of eating porridge and longevity". Among the centenarians in Bama, only about 3% suffer from cardiovascular diseases, but never from intestinal cancer. According to experts' analysis, this has a lot to do with the consumption of sesame oil (that is,-oil) by Bama people. Sesame oil is fragrant, oily but not greasy, and contains various nutrients such as oleic acid, unsaturated fatty acid and linolenic acid. It can relieve constipation, nourish and tonify deficiency, lower blood pressure and cholesterol, and prevent arteriosclerosis and coronary heart disease. Therefore, sesame oil is known as "longevity oil".
