There are many small holes in the bottom of the electric kettle, which are only found in the so-called "healthy kettle", but not in the ordinary electric kettle. The bottom of this pot has two layers. The upper floor is the one with many holes that we can see. The other layer is below (the same as the bottom of ordinary electric kettle). There is a so-called "health preserving" material between these two layers. If we shake the kettle before pouring water, we can generally hear the sound of "rustling", which is the so-called "health-preserving" substance.

When we pour cold water and start to boil water, water will flow into it with the small holes and directly contact with these "health-preserving substances", thus achieving the so-called "health-preserving" purpose.
