A gloomy heart is also bright, shining on the cold winter and the plain heart of glass, with a brilliant warmth. Time flies, as long as you are quiet and kind, you can sit on the lotus and get drunk in front of the flowers.
China's traditional culture is extensive and profound, and the phrase "harmony between man and nature" summarizes many meanings. Man is born with the spirit of heaven and earth, so heaven and man are one. There are sun and moon in the sky, and people have two eyes. 365 days a year, we have 365 bones and joints, one year 12 months, and we have 12 meridians. The sky is Yang, the earth is Yin, the sun is Yang, the moon is Yin, the mountains are Yang, the water is Yin, men are Yang, women are Yin, and so on. Tao gives birth to heaven and earth, and heaven and earth give birth to people. Heaven and earth can create everything without heart. If people are unintentional, then heaven and earth are the same. What is Tao? Tao is the law of nature and the principle of the integration of heaven and earth. That is to say, we must conform to God's will and follow the Tao, and we must not go against the laws of nature or run counter to them, otherwise we will be condemned by heaven.
Take a concrete look at the explanation in the Book of Changes. The Book of Changes talked about two hexagrams of Gankun, and Gankun is heaven. "Heaven is healthy, and gentlemen are constantly striving for self-improvement; The terrain is Kun, and the gentleman carries things with morality. " I remember Premier Wen Jiabao once quoted this sentence: A gentleman strives for self-improvement. Self-improvement is to make people work hard, and virtue is to make you have a good virtue. You must have both to achieve great things. For example, in business, if you just want to make money, you will forget your righteousness at the expense of profit, and in the end you will only pursue the end, not for long. Be a man in advance, cultivate your mind first, do things with your heart, not with your heart. Truth, goodness and beauty are the Tao. As long as the heart is right, things become, things are done, and benefits come. As far as a family is concerned, men are the sky, women are the earth, men should hold their heads high and support a family, and women should have the tolerance of the earth. This is called virtue. If a woman is virtuous, she will have a good child and a good family.
Foolish thoughts are prajnaparamita, while intellectual thoughts are prajnaparamita. Life is made by oneself, and life is born by heart. Everything in the world changes, the heart does not move, everything does not move, the heart does not change, and everything does not change. Buddha is my heart, my heart is a Buddha, and the Buddha's heart looks at people. Everyone is a Buddha. People don't necessarily believe in Buddhism, but they must have a Buddhist heart. Buddha's heart is to be merciful, be kind to others, have a grateful heart and look at everything. Good thoughts are the heart lamp, and good deeds make the heart lamp bright. Regardless of the length of others, regardless of the grievances of others, be kind and filial. Give others a smile, make the world full of beauty, give others an umbrella, my heart will be sunny, give others timely help, and I will feel warm. Help others, help others, and be happy. Convenient for others and convenient for themselves, so-called lucky people have their own natural conditions, and kind people can turn adversity into luck and save the day. Kind people must be beautiful!
If you plant it as a cause, you reap it as a result, and everything is created by your mind. Good mood, good life, good mentality, determine the future. Smart people think everything is positive and naturally happy, while stupid people think everything is negative and naturally troubled. When I miss bloom, I miss those flowers, and I look at the world with a kind eye. They are all kind people, and they look at the world with disgust. They are all villains. The heart is heaven, but the mind is hell. The so-called benevolent people live long, that is, they are kind-hearted and often do good deeds, and people will live long. Because of compassion, so tolerant, because of tolerance, so kind, because of kindness, so grateful, because of gratitude, there is love, and with love, there is happiness. Because I am happy, I am peaceful, my heart is one inch wide, and I am a foot away from illness. Everyone is happy, you are happy, your mind is open, and you are free. With compassion and tolerance, people will be indifferent to peace. Kindness is like a spring breeze, nourishing the soul and warming the world.

Happiness is the beautiful feeling of the soul, and the happiness from the heart is the real happiness. Happiness lies in contentment, no desire, no happiness, peace and indifference. A full mind is the source of happiness. You are rich, but you don't have three meals a day. Life is not asking too much, but wanting too much. A happy life is actually simple happiness. Don't expect too much. You lost yourself and your happy life in temptation.
Openness is worthy of the conscience of heaven and earth. As the saying goes, good is rewarded with good, and evil with evil. It's not that the time has not come. When people do things, the sky is watching, and there is a god when they look up three feet. The old man said well: good things don't go out, sooner or later.
