Practice of carrot and corn sparerib soup

Cut the bought ribs into pieces and wash them with flying water.

Wash the bought corn and carrots.

Cut step 2 into pieces for later use.

Drain the ribs after removing foam and blood, and slice the ginger.

Add a proper amount of water to the pot, then put the ribs and ginger slices together and bring them to a boil.

Boil the soup, turn it to a low heat and simmer for about an hour and a half.

After the ribs are cooked, proceed to step 3.

Carrots and corn ripen easily, so I turned off the heating in less than half an hour at home.

Service and enjoyment.
