In 2006, Monton researchers successfully collected a special microbial fermentation strain in Pu 'er area (formerly Simao) and made a special tea cream "Yulong Shengxue" (alias: tea stone, meaning snow-covered bluestone).

The name "Jade Dragon Wins Snow" follows the title of "Long Yuan Wins Snow", a famous tea in the Song Dynasty. "Dragon Garden Wins Snow" is produced in Fujian and is one of the 38 famous teas in Song Dynasty. These two famous teas are similar in appearance and color. In order to distinguish them, this special Pu 'er tea paste was named "Yulong wins snow" according to the famous "Shenshan Scenic Spot" of Yulong Snow Mountain in Yunnan. Although "Long Yuan wins snow" has long been lost, "Yulong wins snow" has continued to this day. It is the first of the "Three Musts of tea cream".
