Last spring, our leader came back from Liannan and brought two kinds of tea, one red and one green.
That black tea is great. It's a wild raw material, and the altitude is a little high. But the most amazing thing is that, according to the truth, such a large piece of black tea is easy to be astringent, but it has no such problem at all! What's this, baby? No, we have to arrange it!
So, in February1year, we set out for Zhaigang Town, Liannan Yao Autonomous County.
They all belong to Qingyuan jurisdiction, but the speed limit is too slow by taking the old-fashioned high-speed Guangxu, and there are many carts. It takes two hours to get off the high-speed.
When we arrived at Libu Town, Yangshan next door, we decided to eat beef offal here. In Sanlian and Yiyang areas, beef and beef offal are very good, and this form of sitting around the pot is particularly ceremonial.
I saw someone frying cakes by the roadside. There is a kind of copper spoon cake (some called iron spoon) in Hakka area, which should be this kind. I ate soybeans in Shaoguan and Heyuan, and peanuts were sold here, so I bought some to eat. I bought some local wine by the way, so I can drink some at dinner tonight.
Then we set off and arrived at Zhaigang Town in 20 minutes.
At two o'clock in the afternoon, I saw two tea shops on the street, but they were closed? Is this the noon break? Or simply don't open the door because there is no tea in February?
In a word, we were turned away and couldn't find another tea shop, so we had to go to another town next door, Zhainan.
Drive straight along the provincial road, and finally see an open shop on the road, which says alpine tea.
Just entering the door, the boss came over and asked him what he had come for, and asked us to drink whatever tea we wanted and make it ourselves. Then, he and his friends went to play mahjong.
We drank some of his teas, mainly green tea and black tea, and the tastes were also, well, just not bad. There is nothing to say, but he also took a sip of old tea, which was mellow and smooth, and the soup was very good. The boss said it was tea in 2005, and it has been 16 years.
Asked him where Chashan was and if he could go, he didn't understand. Later, he said he was going to the junction of Huaiji and Qishui, but the car couldn't start and it would take several hours to walk. This kind of thing is not surprising in northern Guangdong. Forget it, we have to give up. But in retrospect, I should have gone for a walk and shouldn't have trusted this man.
He is really a gambler. We can only ask him questions when he shuffles the cards, and he doesn't reply much. Plus those pig teammates, he wanted to come and get something for us, but he was quickly urged back to play cards by gambling friends.
If it's just the above, I can still think that it may just be the comfort of local life. But the next action made me set the tone for him.
Big Brother's bag said 250 yuan, an old tea of the boss, but when asked, he said that this was the price of last year, and if you want it this year, 300 yuan.
I thought, what? Your tea in 250 yuan has increased by 50% in one year? 20% increase, at this price of 50 a year, were you free six years ago?
To tell the truth, the price is acceptable, but I don't accept his way of doing things. He doesn't look like an honest man at all. He only plays cards. Therefore, although the tea is very good, I only need one catty on purpose, and Xiao Zhao and I are half a catty.
Looking back now, this guy's tea is probably collected from Yao people in a way that may not be correct, and the price should be very low. Why? First, because his price has risen abnormally, unlike his own tea. Secondly, because the warehouse he took us to was the living room at home, he said that there were teas of different years, but from the appearance of the tea to the transformed taste, it didn't feel like it was made by the same person or stored in the same place. It is estimated that this kind of tea will reach him for a year.
No wonder this guy asked him where Chashan was, but he didn't know him well. And you have to sit down with us and talk about tea from the beginning, and then the price will start from 300, which will feel completely different and will be very cost-effective.
Forget it, people who are good at it, after all, have different feelings for tea than tea people, and this is just its goods.
Finally, we left with tea, so as not to delay others playing cards. Then we will drive on and see if we can find anything else.
But along the way, there are more and more mountains, and it is already a deserted mountain road. I guess I can't find anything, so I have to turn around and go back. I don't know what that would miss.
This trip, the matter about tea is basically over.
Generally, I wrote about eating a lot during my study tour, which proves that I am not satisfied with this tea-watching trip, but it is hard to say. I'm usually tactful, but this time, I'm direct.

Belonging to Qingyuan, Liannan Yao nationality has a strong amorous feelings. We went to a stockade called Baimang. The local adults were basically dressed up and kept the characteristics of Yao nationality.
Looking for a winery, I met a Yao grandmother who was warm and simple. She asked us in Hakka which village we were from, saying Yingde, and asked Yingde which village we were from. Kind of cute. It can also be seen that it was not easy for traditional Yao people in the mountains to go out.
Passing through the mountains on the road, the fog fills the air, adding a little mystery, and there is a feeling of producing high-quality tea areas. What a pity ...
We went to another village called Bailang. It is said that there is a terraced field, which can be seen faintly from the mountain, but it is a primitive dirt road leading to the observation deck, and many graves seem to have just been worshipped and are not suitable for disturbing, so we didn't go up.
Entering Liannan County at night, there are few cars, but the same is a strong national flavor.
It's very comfortable to stir-fry beef offal in a big pot with soil to make wine, and I forget the unpleasantness at the end of the day
The next morning, we went to a local old breakfast shop for dinner. The fried powder, soup powder and porridge were all good, but the most distinctive one was rice skin jiaozi, which was slightly tough and had a little taste of stuffed dumplings.
Later, I went to the most famous local scenic spot in Liannan: Millennium Yaozhai.
Yao people worship Pangu, and at the same time, due to the worship of dragon culture, except the dragon totem, all the houses are built in the shape of dragons, and the dragon head is the Wang Pan Temple that worships Pangu.
Embark on an ancient stone road, which is said to have been from the Song Dynasty to the present. No wonder it's called Millennium Yaozhai. The stockade, which is 800 meters above sea level and filled with fog, reveals an atmosphere that is out of tune with the times and sticks to tradition. Yao people who use Yao language, Hakka dialect and Putonghua at the same time bear the imprint of the integration of different times.
Return to Yingde after shopping, and the trip is over.

I drank Liannanye black tea again today. The taste really hasn't changed much from last year, and it's still very fresh and refreshing.
