The practice of south milk taro
Soak mushrooms in a little cooking wine, peel taro, cut into pieces, and steam. Add carrots a few minutes before steaming and steam together. If you don't like carrots, you don't need to add them ~ it's good to add white mushrooms afterwards
After steaming, take it out and put it in a non-stick pan. Add southern milk, braised sauce/soy sauce (coloring), a little salt and chicken essence.
Collect the juice and serve it. Sprinkle a little white sesame seeds. Personally, I think chopped green onion will sprinkle haha. It's done. Let's eat.
