2. How many chicken feet are there? The older generation said that eating chicken feet is powerful. I don't know this, but chicken feet are rich in collagen, and about 3-4 chicken feet are used to make soup. In addition, prepare a small piece of lean meat, cut it into small pieces, blanch chicken feet and lean meat in a cold water pot, remove blood and impurities, rinse and take it out.

3. The next step is relatively simple. The five-finger peach was broken, and the fine sand and dust attached to the surface were washed away. Then put all the ingredients into the soup pot. After the fire boils, turn to low heat and stew for 40 minutes.

4. In the process of making soup, you can smell the fragrance of coconut milk, which is very fragrant and makes people feel fresh and energetic. You can see that the soup in the soup pot has been cooked to a slight milky white, which is because plum beans have been added. Finally, turn to a big fire, add a little salt to taste, and take out the pot while it is hot.

If there are no fresh chicken feet, you can also use lean meat or ribs instead. The key ingredient is five-finger peach, which can be purchased in bundles in Hakka area and stored in a cool and ventilated place, which is not easy to deteriorate.
