Appreciation of A Forgotten Pot of Tea Fu
The faint sound of guqin permeates the small tea room, and I make a pot of forgotten blessing tea for myself in the quiet night.

The color of the soup is orange and bright, and the unique fragrance of mushrooms and flowers is clear and rich, fragrant, sweet and mellow. .....

Hundreds of years have passed in a blink of an eye, and I seem to see those unknown people on the ancient Silk Road, carrying that heavy tea ... Can I imagine the hardships and difficulties of this road now?

Sansheng is fortunate to be "Lingyun Tea"

People are predestined friends, "tea is always beautiful", so is tea. My passing by Ling Yunjun is "a lifetime of luck", which is a bit legendary.

I have published a small collection of tea, all of which are the author's tea-drinking essays. There is an article "Kirin Tea Garden" in the collection, which tells me that when I was roaming in Nanning People's Park, I passed the green tea "Lingyun" in Guangxi, leaving a regretful rain. The article has been published, and the book has been published for many years, and things are gradually forgotten. But one day, Lingyun tea fell from the sky, full of new green and fragrant tea fragrance, and let me immerse myself in Lingyun's blue soup for a whole spring, summer, autumn and winter!

It's a long story As early as the late 1970s, Fujian and Guangxi were sister provinces. One of the results is that Xiamen University, as a key institution of the Ministry of Education, wants to recruit more Guangxi students in the national enrollment. Therefore, a quarter of the students in our Foreign Languages Department 1977 grade came from Guangxi. At one time, the "vernacular" of Guangxi flew around in our dormitory and classroom, and became the three major dialects together with Minnan dialect and Fuzhou dialect. After four years of college life, everyone went their separate ways. Half of the students in Guangxi were assigned back to Nanning, Guilin and Liuzhou in Guangxi, and half went to Beijing. When they go abroad, the contact between classmates is naturally less and less.

More than 20 years later, I suddenly received a phone call from an old classmate. Her name is Gong Xiujuan, and she has been working in Nanning since she graduated from college. We exchanged greetings and exchanged a few commonplaces. The first is, of course, the situation of their children entering the university, lamenting the "second white" of white-haired dogs, followed by the lush third white-"Lingyun Bai Hao". She told me that she had read the article Kirin Tea Garden, and she was surprised at how I suddenly fell in love with tea so deeply. She said that her husband had just gone to lingyun county on business and asked him to buy me some authentic "Lingyun Bai Hao" by the way and mail it to make up for my regret of missing Lingyun green tea.

"Nothing comes for nothing," I smiled weakly and politely. "Why are you in vain? You publicized our famous tea in Guangxi. This is a merit, but the publicity is not in place, hehe! " To put it simply, there are praises and denials, which makes people feel very comfortable and the confusion of donation is gone. In fact, what I heard was a cup of tea, clear and considerate kungfu tea, so I thanked her again and again, and at that time I only felt full of joy and willingness.

Drinking tea is really a fate. I can't help it Look at this "Lingyun Bai Hao". Those years passed because fate did not come. Now that fate has come, it naturally falls from the sky. This feeling of joy, this feeling that fate has come, this feeling of passing by and suddenly making up for it can be described as a cup of tea, and the soup has not touched the lips, which is already a fragrance of artistic conception! Thank you for your generous gift from my old classmate. A bag full of Lingyun tea permeated our family's love for tea. There is not only the friendship of old classmates, but also her simple love for the mountains in Guangxi!

Lingyun Bai Hao is produced in lingyun county on the edge of Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau. Some of them are rooted in Langfu Village in Shali Township, and some grow in Qinglong Mountain and Laoshan Mountain in Wang Cen. Just looking at this place name, mountains and rivers will float up, as if just learning from the Monkey King, and covering your forehead, you can see the tea garden with "clear streams, lush trees and misty clouds" in one fell swoop. I think lush forests are as important as clouds for the growing environment of tea. Tea tree needs the murmur and lingering of cloud creek, and also needs communication and dialogue with other plant species, so that the branches and leaves of tea can have more vigorous vitality and stimulate the potential of wild growth.

The dry tea of "Lingyun Bai Hao" is white, yellow and white, and its shape is closely snail-shaped. Its shape and color are somewhat similar to those of shellfish in Minjiang River. "Baihao Tea" is put in a white porcelain cup to make the tea soup have the best appearance. Bai Jie in the porcelain cup, showing the pale yellow and green leaves of the soup, is very eye-catching. When I touched the taste of tea, I was extremely happy. The first bubble was thick, mellow and bitter, and the bitterness was just right. When it is hot for the second time, the green bitterness of mustard seeds oozes from the tea soup, and it is fresh and delicious from the tip of the tongue to the lips and teeth ... The most important thing is that I often want the bitterness of this green tea. Lingyun tea, which fell from the sky, catered to my expectations with appropriate bitterness, filled people who love tea with pleasure and satisfaction, and lamented that "tea is enough". It is said that the pursuit of life is sometimes really contradictory, complicated and simple: it can be as complicated as bottomless desires, countless octopus crouching all the way, or as simple as a cup of green tea, a cup of good tea and a cup of strong green tea to calm the liver and relieve depression.

Life is a cup of slightly bitter and mellow tea.

The days of drinking water are days of innocence; The day of drinking coffee is a day of leisure and chic; The day of drinking is a day of wild and quiet; On the day of drinking tea, it seems to be full of beauty, but it seems to be a long story.

Life is a cup of tea, slightly bitter and fragrant; Some are mellow, some are light, some are colorful, and some are just a conceptual cup of tea.

The days of tea are ten thousand ordinary days in Qian Qian.

Open the lid of the cup, with the rise of water vapor, the silver-like hot air floats and the fog is filled. With the gentle breeze, the elegant and pleasant tea fragrance is faintly revealed.

A wisp of fragrance comes to the nose, like an empty valley and a orchid, with a light fragrance and elegance; Like ripe chestnut fragrance, sweet and fragrant; Like apples, the fragrance is in the distance; As pure and natural as the flowers of nature.

I lifted the teacup and took a sip. A rich, fresh and sweet taste came to my mind. I felt the fragrance in my mouth go straight to my forehead, and it was in my six organs and stirred in my heart. Take another sip and savor it carefully. This nectar can not only quench thirst, but also relieve fatigue. More satisfied, refreshing and refreshing. It's really "sipping the fragrance, whispering the teeth and leaving the fragrance."

If you exhale slowly, you only feel that there is a kind of Taihe qi rising from Ran Ran, which is refreshing and refreshing. It makes you dizzy and in a trance; It can stir up people's lovesickness, meditate and daydream, and feel sad and lyrical; It leads you to a leisurely mood, rhyme, thinking and interest; Just like gurgling water and gurgling spring water, we can share our troubles in mutual comfort. ......

Look at how much frost, how much wind and rain, how many vicissitudes, how many ups and downs, how many joys and sorrows, how many down and out, these will slowly melt in this cool breeze and green leaves, which will take you into what Taoism calls a "selfless realm."

Let's boil a pot of fresh Wuyishan spring water and soak in fresh, pure, crystal clear and mellow oolong tea. Presumably a cup of fragrance, Wuyi Mountain will gradually float in front of our eyes. ...

Life is like tea. When you get to work, it is naturally mellow.

At 4: 30 in the afternoon, maybe because of the hot weather, I was very upset. So, I want to make tea to calm my upset mood.

Tea is a kind of pressed Pu 'er tea, which has been cooked for more than three years. It has been stored for about two weeks. It is said that brewing in this way will taste better. I have been drinking for the last six months because my stomach is not good.

There is no tea set in the office, only an octagonal glass with a filter screen, with Zheng Banqiao's famous sentence on it: "Celebrities can't level the water, and monks have loved to fight for tea since ancient times." Although not as good as clay pot and teapot, it can be used as both teapot and fair cup. Because there are no suitable cups, I have to pick up some paper cups to hold them.

Water is a bucket of pure water. First heat the octagonal cup with boiling water, then add Pu 'er tea, pour it into boiling water and quickly pour it into the prepared paper cup. This is not drinkable, just to wake up the tea and clean the impurities inside. Next, inject boiling water again and shake it gently to let all the tea leaves soak in all directions. Because I drank it myself, the octagonal cup was relatively large, so I only added half a glass of water. About ten seconds later, my first cup of tea has been poured into the paper cup. Pu 'er can be a cold drink, but it is not suitable for long-term soaking, so I didn't rush to drink the first sip of tea soup, but injected boiling water again to brew my second sip of tea.

The advantage of glass is that you can see the changes of tea leaves during brewing. Boiling water enters the cup, tea leaves churn, amber gradually leaches out in clear water, rises slowly like a smoke cloud, and the clear water gradually changes color. Pale yellow, golden yellow, even golden red ... The second cup of tea is slightly longer than the previous one for a few seconds, and then poured into the cup again. The colors of the two cups of tea soup are almost the same. Picked up the first cup, slightly hot, took a sip, and frowned-it smelled like a paper cup, and the tea was mixed. Anyway, it's not for making tea. Put it down and make a third bubble. The third time I extended it on purpose, and the tea soup was darker in color and bright amber. Quietly pick up the previous cup, the water becomes warm, and the entrance of tea soup is not so bad. When you swallow it slowly, there is a sweet feeling under your tongue. The unique color, sweetness and softness of Pu 'er tea gradually touched my heart and spleen.

In fact, over and over again in the brewing process, the original impetuous mood began to gradually calm down. Now the tea is swallowed, warm and mellow, along the taste buds, down the throat and straight to the limbs. I just feel comfortable.

My heart is finally as warm and clear as tea soup.

Think about it, life is like making tea, which is a slow, slow, slow infiltration and slow brewing process. When the time comes, it will naturally be mellow.
