Lunch: Just eat as usual and don't care too much about what you eat. Basically, they eat vegetarian food. They don't eat fat. If they have meat, it is beef or lean meat. Followed by rice, it is necessary. Dinner: Eat as little as possible. If you eat too much at night, it will be bad for your digestion. All I eat at night is noodles. It's best to eat well before seven o'clock to give the stomach time to digest.
