Yuncheng Salt Lake is located in Jinnan Basin, Shanxi Province, China, with an area of about 132 square kilometers and a development history of more than 4,000 years. Because its salt water content is similar to the "dead sea" in the Middle East, people can float but not sink in the water, so it is called "the sea of death". Salt Lake is bounded by Zhongtiaoshan in the south, Mingtiaogang in Emei in the north, Yaotai in Sushui in the east and the old capital of the Yellow River in the west. The lake is covered with silver, vast and boundless, surrounded by reed wetlands, and waterfowl and migratory birds gather. Sea of death? Yuncheng Salt Lake Scenic Area is located in the central area of Salt Lake, belonging to the national 4A-level scenic spot, which integrates humanity, ecology, green and health preservation. Relying on the unique salt lake resources, the scenic spot has made great efforts to create a tourism boutique project of "Dead Sea Floating, Black Mud Health Care, Hot Spring Spa, Mineral Salt Physiotherapy and Salt Spray Clearing Lung", and combined with the new concept of modern health care, it has developed the only series of black mud cosmetics in China, as well as special tourist souvenirs such as dead sea salt carving and mineral salt physiotherapy bag with high ornamental value and health care function.
