Ingredients: trotters, asparagus, onion, ginger, millet, spicy oil, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, salt and cooking wine.
Exercise:
1. soak kidney beans one night in advance, so you don't have to soak them if you are lazy.
2. Scrape the processed pig's trotters with a knife.
3. Pour cold water into the pot, add trotters, ginger slices, onion segments and cooking wine, and bring to a boil.
4. Take out the pig's trotters, wash them, pour them into a clean pot again, and add enough water, a piece of flat ginger and a spoonful of white vinegar.
5. Cook on high fire for 30 minutes, and sprinkle some floating powder from time to time.
6. Turn to ultra-low heat, add the soaked kidney beans, cover the pot, and simmer for about 2 hours.
7. Add some salt to taste before cooking and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
