First, the operators and maintenance (inspection) personnel should use the equipment correctly and maintain it carefully with a serious attitude and scientific methods. Adhere to the principle of paying equal attention to maintenance and overhaul, and giving priority to maintenance and expansion. Strictly implement the post responsibility system and implement the equipment package mechanism to ensure that the equipment in use is in good condition.

Second, operators should know four things and three things about the equipment they use through on-the-job training and learning technology (understanding the structure, performance and use; All use, maintenance and troubleshooting), and enjoy three rights, namely: the right to automatically prevent others from using their own equipment; Have the right to stop using the equipment if it is overloaded, without preventive measures or without the approval of the main customer department. If it is found that the equipment is not working normally, it is not repaired within the time limit, and the safety device does not meet the requirements, it should be reported immediately. (4) The equipment is planned to run and switched regularly. Cooperate with maintenance personnel to maintain the standby equipment, so that it is always in good condition and can be started at any time. Spare equipment should be rotated regularly, and anti-freezing and anti-coagulation work should be done well.

(5) Fill in the equipment operation record, defect record and operation diary carefully.

(6) Always keep the equipment and environment clean and hygienic, so that the bottom of the ditch and the shaft can see the light, the equipment can see its true colors, and the doors and windows are clean.

Fourth, do a good job in equipment lubrication.
