(2) Qualification examination
The qualification examination team consists of the County People's Social Security Bureau, the county committee's editorial office, the Education and Sports Bureau and the Finance Bureau, and conducts qualification examination on the relevant materials provided by the applicants. Those who pass the qualification examination are determined to be interviewers. Call those who have passed the qualification examination, tell them about the interview, and receive the Notice of Interview within the specified time.
(3) Interview evaluation
Candidates attend the interview with the Notice of Interview and their valid identity documents. Those who cannot attend the interview on time for some reason will be disqualified from the interview.
The interview assessment includes two items: no students attend class and reply. Full score 100, of which 60 points are students in class and 40 points are defense. The interview time is 20 minutes (15 minutes for class and 5 minutes for defense).
The interview set a qualified score of 80 points. Those who fail to reach the qualified score line are not allowed to enter the medical examination and inspection procedures.
The interview time and place shall be subject to the interview notice.

According to the ranking of interview results (reserved to two decimal places), the list of primary candidates is determined from high score to low score according to the ratio of the number of job introduction plans 1: 1. (5) Physical examination and inspection
The physical examination and inspection of the primary election personnel shall be organized and implemented by the county education and sports bureau.
Candidates are required to go to the designated physical examination institution for physical examination according to the regulations, and the medical examination expenses are borne by the candidates themselves. If the medical examination results are distorted due to the fact that the medical examination is unqualified or abandoned, the employment qualification will be cancelled. Vacant positions are effectively filled once according to the interview results from high to low. If the total scores are tied, the replacement personnel shall be determined according to the above method for determining the primary selection personnel. If the replacement cannot be replaced because the interview assessment score of the replacement personnel is lower than 80 points, the introduced position shall be cancelled or reduced accordingly.
Those who pass the physical examination and inspection will be publicized on the website of Changfeng County People's Government for 5 working days. During the publicity period and after the expiration, those who voluntarily give up their posts or are reported to have problems and find evidence will not be introduced, and vacant posts will be filled according to regulations.
