Ingredients: 5 red dates, 20 medlar, proper amount of chrysanthemum, 2 red dates, proper amount of longan meat and proper amount of dried tangerine peel.

Steps:

1. Prepare all the above materials.

2. Red dates are peeled and sliced.

3. blanch longan meat with hot water and take out the core for later use.

4. Put all the materials into a thermos cup, add boiling water and cook for 5- 10 minutes.

Tips:
