Heshun ancient town

The buildings in the ancient town are built on the mountain, and gradually climb from east to west, stretching for two or three kilometers. Ancestral temples, memorial archways and ancient houses in Ming and Qing dynasties are all over the ancient town. Ma Pingchuan in front of the town, Qingxi around the village, weeping willows blowing the shore, is a harmonious pastoral scenery. Simola wazu village
Si Morava Village is located in Zhongzhai, Sancun Village, Qingshui Township, Tengchong City, Yunnan Province, which is 13km away from Tengchong City and 5km away from the airport. Smola, in Wa language, means "happy place". It is a village inhabited by Wa people with a history of more than 500 years, and it is an original ecological village with well-preserved national culture. The village is built on the mountain, with wetlands, forests, bamboo seas, terraces and springs, and the original breath of Guwa Mountain comes to my face.

3, winter food bait
The word "bait" originally means cake in Chinese dictionary, generally referring to food. "Bait silk" is a kind of filamentary food made of rice. Before 1950s, it was made by hand. First, make rice into balls, then roll them into long thin slices with a wooden stick (that is, a rolling pin), and then fold them and roll them up, which is called "roll". If you buy it home, it is called "bait silk" when it is cut into filaments with a knife, and it is called "bait block" when it is cut into blocks.
Bait silk plays an important role in Tengchong diet. It is the daily diet of Tengchong people at home, and can be eaten as breakfast, dinner and dinner. Tengchong people have a feeling of not letting go of the bait. They are not tired of eating bait at home every day, and they are worried about going out for ten days and a half.
In winter morning, a bowl of steaming breakfast warms the stomach and heart. The bait is soft and glutinous, the soup is mellow, and the warmth spreads from the tip of the tongue to the fingertips, bringing full strength to the new day.
Thin bean powder

The chessboard stone in the northern town of Tengchong, Diantan, has been called "Jasper in the Mountain" since ancient times. Li Shizhen said in Compendium of Materia Medica: "Mutton can warm and tonify the middle warmer, stimulate appetite, strengthen the body, benefit kidney qi, benefit gallbladder and improve eyesight, and treat strain cold and five strains and seven injuries".
In autumn and winter, proper tonic can enhance physical fitness. When stewing, you can eat more mutton and put more ginger, which is helpful to warm the meridians and dredge the collaterals, warm the body and drive away the cold, and protect the joints.
Chong Lou Hu Ji
"Winter tonic", each place has its own tonic method. Tengchong people stress "the homology of medicine and food", and give full play to the medicinal properties of ingredients with medicinal value through cooking, so that people can enjoy delicious food while preventing diseases and keeping fit.
Rhizoma Paridis has the effects of clearing away heat and toxic materials, relieving swelling and pain, cooling liver and relieving convulsion, and can be used for furuncle, carbuncle swelling, sore throat, poisonous snake bite, traumatic injury, and convulsion. Chicken cooked in Paris also has the function of diet therapy and recuperation.
Roasted small-eared pig
Mingguang Town, Tengchong, Yunnan has a beautiful natural environment. There is a small-eared pig living here, with strong limbs and very tight meat.
Roasted pig with small ears is one of the unique representatives of rural cuisine in Tengchong, Yunnan. The fire will be brittle, and the small fire will slowly invade the inside. The pigskin is crisp but not burnt, and the pork is tender but not firewood, which makes the diners lick their mouths and drool.
The smell is diffuse and steaming, and a piece of freshly baked pork is warm and satisfying.
Goose oil bibimbap
Hui nationality is a world minority in Tengchong, which has formed a unique Muslim food culture for a long time, among which Latvia and Russia are the most representative. Goose meat is rich in nutrition, high in protein, various amino acids, vitamins, trace elements and minerals necessary for human body, and low in fat.
Flavor goose is famous for its tenderness, crispness and fragrance. The delicacy of dried goose depends on its fat and white fat, while the tender, crisp and fragrant semi-wet meat can be deeply felt when it is chewed between teeth.
Goose oil is a good condiment. The most common way to eat Tengchong is to mix rice with goose oil. Scoop a bowl of hot rice, then pour in the hot goose oil just out of the pot, sprinkle some grass fruit powder and salt in the rice, and then stir well. A bowl of authentic goose oil bibimbap will be done. Or knead the rice into a rice ball, mix the grass fruit powder and salt with goose oil and eat it with the rice ball. No matter how you eat goose oil, it is not only not greasy, but also oily and unforgettable.
Various rhizomes
The concept of "winter storage" passed down from generation to generation is deeply rooted in Tengchong's food culture. "Eat buds in spring, mushrooms in autumn, fruits in winter, and roots in winter", which is extremely nutritious in deep mud, is placed on the dining table of every household in winter.
The roots of winter food are loofah root, yam root, leek root, fennel root and so on. Often stewed with ribs and chicken, the casserole on the stove glugs and the fragrance floats away from the kitchen. The stewed root is soft and glutinous, with endless aftertaste.
