Formula of Jianpi Qushi Tea
1, Sijunzi tea. Materials: Codonopsis pilosula 10g, Poria cocos 10g, Atractylodes macrocephala 10g, Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch 10g. Practice: put all the ingredients into the pot, add 800 ml of water, heat to boiling, cook for another 5 minutes, then turn off the fire and drink while it is hot. Drink no more than 800 ml every day. Efficacy: invigorating spleen and eliminating dampness, helping digestion and improving spleen and stomach qi deficiency.

2, spiced tea. Materials: Flos Lonicerae, Flos Chrysanthemi, Flos Toosendan, Flos Lilii Indici, and Kapok each 65438±05g, and fresh Rhizoma Smilacis Glabrae and Coicis Semen 50g.
