Do not eat cold and unclean food, do not eat spoiled leftovers, eat less, do not eat cold drinks, eat less and do not eat snacks.

Don't eat spicy food for a long time, don't eat wild fruits casually, and don't drink drinks, especially water, after eating fruits.

Don't rush to eat and drink after strenuous exercise.
