At present, Qigong is mainly based on healthy Gong Zhuang and soothing movements, and some of them are completely guided by breathing, regardless of changes in movements. Hard qigong is not recommended.
Difference: There is no difference. Some qigong has the essence of yoga in it. They are homologous, so why should we distinguish them?
In fact, Qigong is not accepted by most people because of the influence of ideas, and most of us have a complicated understanding of Qigong (information obtained from other channels), and everyone is afraid of being possessed, so few people practice it.
When you really come into contact with Qigong, in fact, most of the techniques are very simple, and simplicity and effectiveness are the last word.
If you want to accept qigong, you must start with the demand. If you are a sub-healthy person, or a person who needs more energy, I give you two choices:
1. Practice yoga for one hour every day, starting from the basic posture of yoga, and keep practicing for several months, so that your health and energy can develop healthily.
2. To guide breathing qigong, you only need to lie in bed before going to bed and practice for 5 minutes to 15 minutes every day. It doesn't matter if you fall asleep during practice. You are full of energy the next day.
Which of these two will you choose, hehe.
From my personal contact, it is actually Qigong that is really effective, not yoga. Personally, I feel that yoga is too long, but the health care effect is also good.
The above is from the health care, in fact, each has its own characteristics. Nothing is absolute.
