Main producing areas: Taoyuan County, Hsinchu County and Miaoli County in Taiwan Province Province, and Linping and Shijie tea-producing areas in Dadong.

Introduction: Oriental Beauty Tea is produced in Taiwan Province Province and belongs to oolong tea among the six major teas. There are many names, also known as fluffy tea and Bai Hao oolong tea. Oriental Beauty Tea has the highest degree of fermentation among semi-fermented oolong teas, with a general degree of fermentation of 60% and some as high as 75-85%. It has natural honey flavor and ripe fruit fragrance, and the tea soup is sweet and mellow.

Quality characteristics: rope-shaped: bud leaves are hypertrophy, white hairs are exposed, color: white, green, yellow, red and brown, soup color: orange-red, bright and amber, aroma: ripe fruits and honey, and taste: sweet and mellow.

Hot bubble method: 90~ 100℃, tea-water ratio 1:30, brewing time 10s/ 15s/20s, and brewing time +5s water temperature.

Cold soaking method: 500ml water, 4g tea, cold storage/standing for 4-8 hours.

Production: The producing area of Oriental Beauty Tea is relatively low in altitude, with poor ventilation and many pests and diseases. There is an insect called green leafhopper, which produces naturally fermented tea buds after being bitten by green leafhopper, and feeds the oriental beauty with its unique honey fragrance and ripe fruit fragrance. Because in order to make the green leafhopper grow well, Oriental Beauty Tea must not use pesticides in the production process, so it is not easy to produce and more precious.
